The award was granted to companies that made a difference and have successfully created a new benchmark by empowering female colleagues, making them an integral part of their workforce. The shortlisted companies have been assessed on various parameters such as equality, inclusion, diversity, and values.

The purpose of the study was to assess and highlight companies that have taken initiatives to make a difference in setting a new standard by empowering female colleagues and integrating them into their workforce.
