Managing Director- Carlsberg India

Nilesh Patel is the Managing Director of our Company and is responsible to undertake the 
management of the whole of the affairs of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in 
science from Polytechnic of Wales (later became the University of Glamorgan). He is also a 
corporate member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He was previously associated with 
Avon Cosmetic Limited, Asia Pacific as senior vice president and with H.J. Heinz Company 
Limited as regional CEO of ASEAN region and president director of Heinz Indonesia. He has 
more than 36 years of experience in the consumer sector.

Director-Legal

Amit Sethi has been associated with our Company since December 1, 2020. In our Company, he is responsible for providing legal guidance, managing contracts and disputes, and ensuring that our Company’s legal interests are protected. He passed the examination for bachelor’s degree in commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and bachelor’s degree in law from University of Delhi, Delhi. He was previously associated with served Essel Business Excellence Service Limited as the vice president (legal), with GMR Infrastructure Limited as the principal associate (legal), and with Wadia Ghandy & Co. as a partner. He has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector. 

Vice President-Sales

Ananda Sengupta is the Vice President –Sales of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 5, 2011. In our Company, he is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading sales strategy, customer acquisition key account management, and market expansion initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, West 
Bengal, a diploma in computer applications from Vidyasagar College Computer Centre, Kolkata, West Bengal and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, Gangtok, Sikkim. He has also completed the ‘executive development programme’ in general management from Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He was previously associated with Dishnet Wireless Limited as the senior manager, and was employed in Pepsico India Holdings Private Limited. He has over 24 years of experience in the sales and marketing sector.

Vice President- Corporate Affairs

Rishi Chawla is the Vice President – Corporate Affairs of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 2, 2019. In our Company, he is responsible for leading government relations, policy advocacy, communications, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility programs. He is currently associated with the UN Global Compact Network India as vice president (Northern region) of the governing council, Public Affairs Forum of India as a member of their managing committee, national executive committee member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and European Business Group Federation as the 
Delhi chapter chair and a member of the board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, bachelor’s degree in law from University of Delhi, Delhi and a post graduate diploma in management (international 
business management) from All India Management Association. He was previously associated with Signify Innovations India Limited (formerly Philips Lighting India Limited) as director (lighting sector), with Samsung India Electronics Private Limited as general manager (CRO 
group), with IBM India Private Limited as government programs executive, with Cable & Wireless Networks India Private Limited as head-regulatory, was associated with Vodafone Essar South Limited as deputy general manager (regulatory), with National Internet Exchange of India as 
founding member and director, with Global Internet Policy Initiative as country coordinator andICT regulatory advisor for India, and with Data Access India Limited as law officer. He has over 24 years of experience in regulatory matters.

Vice President- Marketing

Partha Jha Marketing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 8, 2020. In our Company, he is responsible for leading brand strategy, 
market positioning, consumer insights, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. He has passed the examination for bachelor’s degree in physics from Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand, and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He was previously associated with PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited as the vice president-consumer insights, and with Kraft Foods Middle East and Africa FZE as the manager consumer insights. He has over 10 years of experience in the consumer sector.

Vice President- Finance

Amit Gandhi is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 8, 2017. In our Company, he is responsible for leading financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, treasury functions of our Company, and ensuring effective financial control 
and compliance in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. He was previously associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells as the assistant manager (business advisory 
and assurance division), with American Express (India) Private Limited as team leader and with DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited as global business manager and financial controller. He has more than 22 years of experience in the finance sector.

Vice President- People & Culture

Vandana Kapur is the Vice President – People and Culture of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since January 3, 2024. In our Company, she is responsible for leading people strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and culture building initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab and post graduate diploma in Global Business
Operations from the University of Delhi, Delhi. She was previously associated with Agilent Technologies International Private Limited as the country human resources manager for India at an associate vice president level, with Centrient Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited as the global human resources director-quality and technical operations and human resources directorAsia-Pacific, with DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited (now CentrientPharmaceuticals India Private Limited) as global director organisation development & learning and director- human resources & organisation development- Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. 
with Manford Allianz Private Limited as a senior consultant, with Kantar Indian Market Research Bureau (formerly known as IMRB International) as a research executive. She has over 24 years of experience in human resources management.

Vice President- ISC

Sanjeev Gupta a is the Vice President – Integrated Supply Chain of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 1, 2023. In our Company, he is responsible for overseeing end to end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, logistics, and 
manufacturing operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in
engineering (metallurgical engineering) from the University of Roorkee, Uttarakhand (now designated as the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand) and a post graduate diploma in industrial engineering from National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering, 
Mumbai, Maharashtra (now designated as the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, Maharashtra). He had been associated with our Company as vice-president operations along with being a whole time director, and pursuant to his retirement on May 31, 2025 as vice president – integrated supply chain management, he has been appointed as a consultant, working exclusively with our Company, since June 1, 2025 and is presently appointed for a term of one year expiring on May 31, 2027. He was previously associated with United Spirits Limited as the executive vice president-manufacturing operations, with Mondelez India Foods Private Limited as director- integrated supply chain, Mondelez Kindo Vietnam, with CEAT Limited as senior vicepresident-manufacturing, and with Hindustan Unilever Limited as manufacturing director. 

General Manager- Complaince

Sunanda Wadhwa a is the General Manager – Compliance Head of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since October 21, 2021. In our Company, she is responsible for establishing and monitoring compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory 
requirements, the code of ethics and conduct of our Company, compliance policies, and ethical standards. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is an associate member of Institute of Company 
Secretaries of India. She was previously associated with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited as the lead business compliance, with Novartis Healthcare Private Limited as the senior manager compliance, with Crown Beers India Private Limited (Anheuser-Busch InBev Group) as the compliance manager, with BP India Services Private Limited as the company secretary, with Shell India Markets Private Limited as the compliance assistant, with Shell Gas (LPG) India Private Limited as the company secretary, with Godrej Upstream Limited as the company secretary, with Lawkim Limited as the assistant company secretary, and with UPS Jetair Express Private Limited as a specialist finance & accounting. She has over 19 years of experience in compliance matters.

Kamna Tiwari  is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 15, 2026. She is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, statutory compliance, board processes, and regulatory filings in accordance with 
applicable laws in our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and has passed the examination for bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was previously associated with Lanco Infratech Limited as deputy manager – secretarial, with Raunaq Automotive Components Limited as company secretary (general manager), with GE Power India Limited as company secretary and compliance officer, and withAlstom India Limited as assistant manager (legal and secretarial). She has more than 15 years of experience in secretarial and legal matters.
