At Carlsberg India, our CSR initiatives are rooted in our ambition to create positive, lasting impact for people, communities and the environment. Through our Brewing Tomorrow programme, we focus on four key areas: Cutting Carbon, Protecting Nature, Inspiring Choice and Empowering People.

Water stewardship remains a key priority. In partnership with WaterAid, we are working to improve access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene across communities. Our initiatives have expanded from Mysuru to Kolkata, Aurangabad and Hyderabad, benefiting thousands of individuals and supporting water conservation and recharge efforts. We are also partnering with Water.org to improve access to safe water and sanitation in the Ganges Basin States, with an aim to provide 247 million litres of water access to 112,000 people by 2028.

We are also investing in people through Skill on Tap, delivered with TeamLease Foundation, which strengthens capabilities across India’s hospitality sector. The programme equips frontline professionals with skills in customer service, responsible beverage service, workplace behaviour and other essential competencies, supporting employability and career growth.
Through Cheers Responsibly, we promote informed choices and responsible alcohol consumption, with a focus on road safety and preventing drinking and driving. Through these initiatives, we continue to work with partners and communities to build a more sustainable and inclusive future.
